A beautiful sequence animated by Antoine Dufour and directed by Marc Faye for the documentary O’Galop. The documentary “explores the crazy world of Marius Rossillon (aka O’Galop) (1867-1946), one of the pioneers of animated films and illustrator of the Michelin man, ‘Bibendum’.” Antoine describes the sequence above as a journey into childhood imagination created from old postcards of Lyon, rotoscoped film archives plus O’Galop’s illustrations and animations.
