I love these stills, but then I have a weird space and astronaut obsession. I need to get out more.
Ha, me too (on both counts)… so prepare for more space-centric posts to come. :) In past posts, illustrator Katie Allen’s Apollo 11 book illos are pretty grand which I featured here back in July when AQ-V was fairly young.
Great find Amy! I love this film—I did a post about it myself last year, but never came across these stills before.
beautiful stills, I especially love the first one. I watched the movie again a few years ago on a big screen, and was mesmerized by the unsettling beauty of its algid futuristic look.
Mark: Will check it, thanks!
Laura: Mmm, have not seen it on a large screen, must have been grand no doubt!
