Beautiful limited edition silkscreen poster to celebrate the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC this spring (March 26th through April 10th). “Each year, the National Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates spring in Washington, DC, the gift of the cherry blossom trees and the enduring friendship between the people of the United States and Japan.”
In light of the devastating recent disaster in Japan, 50% of the proceeds from the 2011 festival posters will be donated to the Red Cross to support their relief efforts in northern Japan. The prints may be purchased online at Felt & Wire. The Sakura poster is a limited run of 50 prints priced at $40 each.
