Book cover designer Karen Horton, co-founder of design:related, is the proprietor of one fantastic stamp collection. I am particularly fond of the many Israeli designs in her arsenal from her mother’s collection. Karen’s mother grew up in Netanya, Israel and collected many of the stamps when she was young. They represent not only stamps from Israel but other countries as well acquired through pen pals and other means.

You will find many more stamp designs and ongoing updates via Karen’s flickr set, Postage Stamp Collection, and tumblr blog, Vintage Postage Stamps. I encourage you to dive in. You can follow the links below for more information on the Israeli stamps I have highlighted here.
