This is a follow-up to my original post regarding the launch of the Edits by Edit minimal music genre poster series. Nitzan has shared fresh photos of not only the actual screen printed posters but also a behind the scenes peek at the printing process. These images are much too tasty not to share a sample of here on AQ-V. You can see many more in his flickr set. As lovely as these photos are I know they do not compare to the poster works on paper in person.

To recap, Nitzan asked a curated group of designers to represent a musical genre using only one element and one typeface (stating the genre). The screen print posters are available for purchase via the corresponding Edits by Edit website.

The talented creatives and conceptual thinkers around the globe who participated in this poster project include Baster, Collective Approach, Duane King, Hey Studio, Manual Creative, Mark Boyce, Leterme Dowling, Nitzan, Sane & Able, Studio Makgill, Toko, This Studio and Trevor Jackson.

Hi Mark, thanks so much for the correction. My sincere apologies! Now get that site of yours out of maintenance mode sooner vs. later, dear sir. :)

p.s. Fantastic ‘Soul’ work.
