This is an abbreviated post as I am heading out of town soon for a few days. Above is a pair of German book covers I recently came across at the thrift. Mr. Piatti’s iconic animal illustration immediately caught my eye. And what’s not to enjoy about the bold modernist red and black cover from the 1960s. Unfortunately I can not find the designer listed.
If my German translations are off, please somebody correct me.
